So yesterday I didn't have to go to class, and as any good adventurer knows that means ROAD TRIP! I took myself to the Getty Villa in Malibu. It was a rainy morning, but as I arrived the sun started to shine and it looked like heaven itself had opened up. Their extraordinary gardens were in bloom and I loved all of the statues in their current Aphrodite exhibit. Here is a little sampling of what it looks like.
Also, on the way too and from the Villa I got to enjoy a the stunning views of the coast, and the gloom trying to overtake the mountains.
All in all it was a perfect day!
